Master King bed, Three more bedrooms each with a queen bed, The bunk bedroom has 4 twin beds with a full bed, 3 sofa sleepers, 4 memory foam floor mattresses. Sleeps us to 24.

Come on in and relax in the lovely great room. The leather sofa and love seats are comfy and roomy so you can watch a little TV and you can turn on the fire place to enjoy on those rare chilly evenings. The kitchen is spacious and boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with a huge island that can seat up to six. The kitchen comes with everything you will need to prepare and serve your meals. There is a gas grill outside on the patio for added meal prep options. Speaking of the patio, you are going to love it. There is a sofa and love seat that sits around the fire pit table and party lights too which is so fun to enjoy in the evenings. The ambiance is perfect. Back inside the dining room is large and can accommodate up to 12. The master suite is beautiful and large even with a huge king bed there is tons of room. The master bathroom is a spa. The extra large shower has three rain shower heads, there is a huge tub , double sinks and walk in closet. The walk in closet stores the porta-crib and high chair. There is another bedroom with a queen bed on this floor with a private full bathroom.

Upstairs you will find a huge family room that includes three leather sofas and a chair, 75" HD Smart TV, X-box, DVD player, board and card games, puzzles. It is superhero themed. The Foosball and game table will add family fun for all. There is a game table and chair as well to enjoy cards or board games at. There is a beautiful covered balcony with a sectional cushioned sofa with great views! There is a hammock to enjoy as well. There are three more bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Two lovely bedrooms with queen beds and a fun bunk room with two built in bunks that can sleep up to six, a teepee tent, kids books and toys. Bedrooms have smart TV's and cable channels.

This large stand alone private home provides lots of light and open space. Enjoy the benefits of the club house for Arcadia along with the exercise room, pools, hot tub, slide and lazy river. Tons of fun to help create memories that will last a lifetime.

  We've now stayed in 3 different villas at Arcadia. Every unit is wonderfully stocked and perfectly clean. Number 35 was no exception! The only thing that I'd add is that the doors are SUPER squeaky when opening/shutting. When staying with multiple different families it is difficult to keep quiet when the door wakes everyone up from it's squeaking. I'd suggest having a look at that with some WD40.

  We loved our stay in the Family Fun villa. We had plenty of space for sleeping, eating, playing and a bathroom to each bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and dishes and silverware for eating. The furniture was very comfortable and we loved sitting out on the patio with the gas fireplace. The villa was decorated with great taste and there were games to play and lots of tv's throughout. The master bathroom was to die for. Especially the shower with the waterfall shower head! The location was great, right across from the clubhouse. And we spent hours at the pool! The only complaint is that there was food and stuff under the coffee table and living room couches,showing that it hadn't been cleaned under them. And it appeared that the floors hadn't been mopped or carpet cleaned because of how dirty our feet got. But overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

  This stay was our family reunion. We had four children and their families stay together in #35. We had plenty of room. More spacious than expected.
  The unit was beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals.
  We enjoyed the pool/water park and the Arches Grill. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Our stay was only a few days so we didn't venture out except to beautiful Snow Canyon to take family pictures. There was plenty right at the resort to entertain us all. Would definitely recommend staying here. We will be returning.

  This place is hands-down amazing. The thing I loved the most is the space. Plenty of space for large groups. All five bedrooms have their own access to a bathroom! This place can easily sleep 24 comfortably. We loved the clubhouse and pool at the resort...not to mention the free bicycles you can use and the fun game room for the kids. Close to a grocery store and restaurants. Wonderful place to just relax and have fun. The owners have really thought of everything to make this truly a vacation experience.
