Come back and relax in the beautiful living room with a fireplace for when it gets a little chilly or get everyone together for a barbecue on the patio! This vacation rental is one of the few located right on the central common area. Large open space to gather, play catch or watch the kids have fun. Just outside your patio door you have direct access to the pools, lazy river, splash pad and water slide. The views are incredible. You can also lounge around on the beautiful second floor deck before sleeping in one of the cozy 5 bedrooms! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a 55” smart television, and extra bedding.

The large king master bedroom is located on the main floor. It has a comfy sitting area and jetted tub in the en-suite. The den/office has a pull up sleeper sofa with a 4” memory foam mattress topper to insure a great night’s sleep. There is a 55” smart television, as well as a desk for business use if needed. There is another king bedroom on the main floor that is set away from the kitchen area for more privacy. On the second floor, you will find two amazing custom bunk rooms specifically designed for families. Each room has two queen beds with two twin beds on the top, and each is unique in style and design. One of the en-suites was specifically designed with a glass tub/shower for more convenience in bathing small children.

The loft room has a 75” smart television, DVD player, shuffleboard table, game table, and a table version of the popular Pac Man game. There are also board games, card games, and puzzles available for guest use. Kitchenette in loft makes it convenient to store snacks as well as using the mini fridge for drinks.

  Perfect for a large family! Great location for the pools. Wish they would open the gates or let the guests use the key pads for the gates to get in. I’m glad we went when we did before more houses are built and more people at the pool. Would definitely recommend this to anybody.

  We absolutely loved this home, the location, and amenities! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and clean! We could have used more dish rags, towels, and paper towels. We liked that the back yard faced East, Shading us from the hot West sun, and that the common grassy area was right off our back patio. We all had a blast at the pool with the lazy river, splash pad, pools and waterfalls! The Arcadia staff were very helpful and attentive. Our only regret was that we didn’t sign up to stay longer!

  We had a great time staying at Arcadia Resort in Villa #12. The villa was very clean, comfortable and was large enough for our family of 20. We felt like we still had our separate space, but could gather comfortably in the main living areas. There was plenty of seating for all of us between the large table and bar area in the kitchen. The villa was decorated beautifully and had a good selection of games for our kids. We had an appliance issue, but the team at Arcadia took care of it quickly and were very accommodating. The pool area is such a fun place for all ages and you can’t beat the views here. We will be back very soon! We can’t recommend this place to enough people, truly a perfect getaway.
  
  Note: If you rent a pack-n-play there is a daily cost for it, we didn’t know this until we arrived. Not a big deal, but helpful to know. The house is well stocked for a large family, however we would recommend making kitchen towels available (as to not use bathroom towels) and a larger broom for such a big living space. Everything else was absolutely perfect!
