This brand new villa is clean, polished, and thoughtfully decorated. White, gray, and blue accents give the home a peaceful ambiance. On the main floor you will find two bedrooms. Upon entry is the first bedroom with a king bed and en-suite. The second bedroom is the master. The master bedroom contains a king bed and huge en-suite with double sinks, a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. Walk-in closets are provided in both rooms so you can unload and organize your belongings during your stay. A glorious eat in kitchen with stainless steal appliances is equipped with everything you will need to prepare home cooked meals. You can seat 4 people at the island bar and 6 at the dining room table with additional seating on the patio if needed. The comfortable downstairs living room has a TV and fireplace as its focal point with custom shelves and decor. The open concept kitchen, living, and dining room makes this the perfect place to entertain, but the entertainment doesn't stop there. Off of the dining room is the outdoor patio with a barbecue grill available for use.
On the second floor, you will find a loft area with table seating for board games. A cozy couch and chairs surrounds another TV in the upstairs living room. A mini fridge and microwave are available so you can provide snacks. Lastly, a covered upstairs balcony gives you a gorgeous view of the red rocks of Snow Canyon. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor. One room has a queen bed and en-suite. The second room has a 2 queen beds and an en-suite. And the last room is a bunk room with has 2 twin/twin bunk beds with twin trundles and a queen sleeper sofa. An en-suite is connected to the bunk room. Upstairs laundry area is also available for use.
Not only do you get his fantastic home during your stay - you get the amazing amenities along with it! You are right next to the clubhouse and double teared pool. The pool area has a water slide tucked in to the red rocks and a lazy river where tubes are provided. Plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade are available to use. If that's not enough, just down the street is Archie Gubler Park, where you can enjoy the playground, splash pad, volleyball court, and pickleball courts.
No pets are allowed. There is no smoking allowed in the villas or in the Resort. There will be an additional $1,000 cleaning fee if pets have stayed in or there has been smoking in the villa.
This community HAS RV and trailer parking – Availability based on First Come, First Serve. Additional outdoor parking for RV’s and trailers is available at Block Storage for just $10 per day – Please call Block Storage for reservations – (435) 414-9989.
