This villa is bright, open, and inviting with elegant decor throughout. On the main floor you will find two bedrooms. Upon entry is the first bedroom with a king bed and a detached full bathroom. The second bedroom is a master bedroom that contains a king bed and huge en-suite with double sinks, a large bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Walk-in closets are provided in both rooms so you can unload and organize your belongings during your stay. A glorious eat in kitchen with stainless steal appliances is equipped with everything you will need to prepare home cooked meals. You can seat 4 at the island bar and 10 at the dining table with additional patio seating if necessary. Just off of the kitchen is a comfortable living room layout with a fireplace and Smart TV. This open concept area is the perfect place to entertain, but the entertainment doesn't stop there. A sliding door by the dining room will lead you to your outdoor patio where you can take in the view of Snow Canyon from the private hot tub! A barbecue grill is also available for use.
On the second floor, you will find a loft area that is perfect for the kids. Another Smart TV is surrounded by a cozy sectional in the upstairs living area and a table is provided for games or crafts. There is also an adorable tee-pee to play in. Off of the loft living area is an upstairs balcony so that you can always be soaking up the sun. There are three bedrooms on this floor. One bedroom has a king bed. The second room has a king bed and a twin over twin bunk bed with an en-suite. The last room is solely a bunk room and has 2 twin over twin bunk beds and a twin trundle. This room also has multiple gaming consoles including an Xbox and Nintendo! Games will be provided to play. A bathroom and walk in closet will also be provided in this bunk area. Upstairs laundry area and an additional bathroom is available for use.
Not only do you get his fantastic home during your stay - you get the amazing amenities along with it! You are right next to the clubhouse and double teared pool. The pool area has a water slide tucked in to the red rocks and a lazy river where tubes are provided. Plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade are available to use. If that's not enough, just down the street is Archie Gubler Park, where you can enjoy the playground, splash pad, volleyball court, and pickleball courts.
This community HAS RV and trailer parking – Availability based on First Come, First Serve. Additional outdoor parking for RV’s and trailers is available at Block Storage for just $10 per day – Please call Block Storage for reservations – (435) 414-9989.
No pets are allowed. There is no smoking allowed in the villas or in the Resort. There will be an additional $1,000 cleaning fee if pets have stayed or there has been smoking in the villa.
