Arcadia Resort is absolute paradise! This premiere resort has unbelievable villas and amenities for the entire family. These villas are incredible for reunions or retreats because of the ample amounts of space.

Arcadia Villa #7 has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
1 King, 3 Queen, 3 Twin/Twin Bunk Beds with a Trundle, 2 sofa sleepers(1 twin & 1 full)

This modern Arcadia villa has a ton of character and colorful accents. On the main floor you will find two bedrooms. Upon entry is the first bedroom with a king bed and a detached full bathroom. The second bedroom is a master. The master bedroom contains a king bed and huge en-suite with double sinks, a large bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Walk-in closets are provided in both rooms so you can unload and organize your belongings during your stay. A glorious eat in kitchen with stainless steal appliances is equipped with everything you will need to prepare home cooked meals. You can seat 4 people at the island bar and 6 at the dining room table with additional seating on the patio if needed. The comfortable downstairs living room has a TV and fireplace as its focal point with custom shelving and decor. The open concept kitchen, living, and dining room makes this the perfect place to entertain, but the entertainment doesn't stop there. Off of the dining room is the outdoor patio with a barbecue grill available for use.

On the second floor, you will find a loft area that is perfect for the kids. Two cozy sectionals surround the TV in the upstairs living room. There are an assortment of games that you can play on the upstairs table and chairs. You can also use the microwave and mini fridge that are available for snacks. Lastly, a covered upstairs balcony gives you a gorgeous view of the red rocks of Snow Canyon. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor. One room contains a queen bed. The second room has a queen bed and en-suite. The last room is a bunk room with 3 twin over twin bunk beds + 1 twin trundle and an en-suite. Upstairs laundry area is also available for use.

The garage is very large, easily fits two cars and has a cooler you can use for picnics or excursions.

Not only do you get his fantastic home during your stay - you get the amazing amenities along with it! You are right down the street from the clubhouse and double teared pool. The pool area has a water slide tucked in to the red rocks and a lazy river where tubes are provided. Plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade are available to use. If that's not enough, just down the street is Archie Gubler Park, where you can enjoy the playground, splash pad, volleyball court, and pickleball courts.

This community HAS RV and trailer parking – Availability based on First Come, First Serve. Additional outdoor parking for RV’s and trailers is available at Block Storage for just $10 per day – Please call Block Storage for reservations – (435) 414-9989.

No pets are allowed. There is no smoking allowed in the villas or in the Resort. There will be an additional $1,000 cleaning fee if pets have stayed in or there has been smoking in the villa.

Take advantage of the lower prices while there in ongoing construction in this community. Fortunately, all units surrounding this villa are completed and no construction will disrupt your stay.

  The home is nicely decorated. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for several families. The home is comfortable and spacious. The high end soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms are a plus. It has a great view of the pool area. There were some setbacks though. The kitchen was hardly stocked. There are NO window coverings in the living and kitchen areas. Three huge windows are completely bare. So at night everyone can see into the home. No privacy at night at all. There were only two TVs in the living areas. Not even a TV in the master bedroom.

  We had a great time with 18 extended family. We all loved the layout and design of the house and the resort property and pool. There was an issue with sprinklers coming on when trying to play volleyball. They need to water in the dark hours. Also the pool neefs to be heated warmer. We had weather from 70 to over 100, but always water too cool. Toddlers couldn't even use the splash area comfortably. Also, there were no blankets for making out couch beds, just linens. Great place though. We would stay again.

  We loved the home. It accommodated our large family well with a bathroom for each bedroom and plenty of closet space. It was simply but beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. The accessibility of the pool and club house was great as it was right outside our back door. The personnel at the office were friendly and helpful. The area is new and the grounds are kept up perfectlly.
  There were a few things we would recommend for future tenants. The kitchen was a bit sparse on cooking bowls, spices, hand towels, washcloths, hand soap and general cleaning supplies. The bed in the front bedroom was broken upon arrival so we had to place our tool box under the side rail in order to sleep on it. We contacted the front office about this, but it was Sunday and the maintenance man was not working. The internet speed while there was 5mbps which was unusable for our needs. We killed two cockroaches in the home. The office said they planned to spray as a result. If these concerns were addressed we would highly recommend staying at the arcadia resort.

  While staying here, we were stuck with baseball being cancelled and the covid19 scaring people silly. We enjoyed being able to swim in the rain, renting scooters, having plenty of toilet paper and having fun with friends! We will most definitely be back!

  Overall, our experience was great. The Arcadia staff was outstanding. We have two complaints, however. First if you advertise that the unit is capable of sleeping 17, then the house needs to be stocked to accommodate the same number. We had 15 people for Thanksgiving and there were only place settings for 6 in the house. Fortunately,the Arcadia staff was able to help us out by providing what we needed. Second, the WiFi would not let us connect to streaming services such as Netflix, etc. This was disappointing in the evenings with small children who wanted to watch. The Arcadia staff again tried to remedy this problem, but were unable to do so. Otherwise we enjoyed the house and the location.

  Beautiful homes, clean and well-maintained. Lots of spaces for our large family. We never felt crowded or lacking for anything. Having both homes back up to the water park was so perfect for the kids, and allowed for them to safely explore the water and feel free, while still being in close range of the parents. The lazy river, water slide and jacuzzis were so fun! The gym was great, and we even found extra yoga mats to use. Plenty of great craft classes and other games in the clubhouse! We never felt bored, and could have had no outside excursions and been completely happy. We definitely want to return for another fun, relaxing reunion!

  We loved this beautiful house and it's location right by the pool. There was plenty of room for our family including kids, spouses and grandkids. Well furnished with plenty of seating and places to hang out. Kids loved video games. Our only issue was with the resort. The pool was absolutely freezing (consensus of entire group). Even with the weather being in the 90s, much of our time was spent in the jacuzzi trying to warm up. Complained daily to resort management but to no avail. On the other hand, we all loved the resort's game and craft rooms. So many fun things to do. We want to make this an annual trip but the ice cold pool may be a deal breaker. Hoping that it will improve with more owners.

  We’ve stayed in a lot of different vacation rentals, but this is by far the best. We loved that everything was brand new and well taken care of. The staff on hand at the resort are awesome. And that goes for maintenance, the pool help, and even the younger group of kids that work in the evenings. Everyone was top notch already work for the resort. The Home itself was very Spacious for adults and children, there’s two living areas so the kids have there own space to play. Also there was a huge kitchen and dining area for everyone to eat meals together. Literally a 3 min drive to the brand new grocery store. You can see the amazing pool and Red Rocks from Snow Canyon from the comfy sitting area of your balcony. Its just a 5 min drive to Snow Canyon and great hikes. We are already planning our next stay. The only negative to this stay was the construction going on which is to be expected with all the new build. Just be prepared for early morning tractors and a lot of dirt. Once they finish it will be the great!
