The large kitchen is both aesthetic and functional and the dining room offers seating for 16. The patio adds even more seating for dining or games and includes outdoor string lights & an x-large gas BBQ grill.
Upstairs features a large loft complete with a game table, karaoke machine, Xbox game system, 75” TV, mini kitchen bar with beverage fridge and microwave. You will enjoy having space to play the wide assortment of available card/board games, watch movies, sing, and have fun! Off the loft is a large balcony with breathtaking panoramic views of Snow Canyon, Red Mountain, Red Cliffs Preserve, and Pine Valley. Such beauty is hard to find anywhere in the world. Also located in the loft are 2 queen-sized Murphy beds, allowing for extra guests to sleep comfortably on high-end mattresses. The pool and clubhouse are conveniently located directly across the street. The longest lazy river in Southern Utah, a water slide, and multiple pools will provide hours of fun! There are 2 hot tubs, plenty of seating, an outdoor fire pit, and tables to spend the day playing in the sun. If it's not sunny, don't worry, the pools are heated to be enjoyed all year round. No pets are allowed. There is no smoking allowed in the villas or in the Resort. There will be an additional $1,000 cleaning fee if pets have stayed in or there has been smoking in the villa.
