In addition to its two bedrooms, the main floor also has an office, kitchen, dining room, and living room, and laundry room. The living room can seat 7 and has a TV and fireplace. The kitchen’s large island seats 6, while the dining room has seating for 12. In addition to the 3 bedrooms upstairs, there is also a family room with a kitchenette, and a half bath.

Rest and Recreation
Arcadia 36 also has a covered balcony off the second floor with great red rock views, and a patio off the main floor with a large private hot tub and barbecue grill.

  Great!! Homes are big, amenities are excellent for kids.
  Home was beautiful but very clear it is privately owned. We found random items in the upstairs couch, the pantry and refrigerator had personal which hindered our ability to store our own. With 18 people for a week we needed every shelf of the fridge. Ended up using several ice chests. Paper supplies were not stocked and we had to ask the front desk for supplies a few times. They are always helpful and courteous.
  Overall it was good and we will return.
