This villa is bright, open, and inviting with elegant decor throughout. On the main floor you will find two bedrooms. Upon entry is the first bedroom with a king bed and a detached full bathroom. The second bedroom is a master. The master bedroom contains a king bed and huge en-suite with double sinks, a large bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Walk-in closets are provided in both rooms so you can unload and organize your belongings during your stay. A glorious eat in kitchen with stainless steal appliances is equipped with everything you will need. Crock pot, 20 quart stock pot, electric fry pan and electric griddle. Seats up to 22 people! 6 at the island bar, 10 at the dining table, and 6 on the patio table. Just off of the kitchen is a comfortable living room layout with a fireplace, Smart TV, and Sonos soundbar. (You can use the Sonos app to play music throughout the home from your iPhone.) This open concept area is the perfect place to entertain, but the entertainment doesn't stop there. A sliding door by the dining room will lead you to your outdoor patio where you can take in the view of Snow Canyon from the fire pit or private hot tub! A barbecue grill will also be available for use.
On the second floor, you will find a loft area that is perfect for the kids. Another Smart TV and Sonos soundbar is surrounded by a cozy sectional in the upstairs living area. A Pool table, Foosball table, and an assortment of games are provided for endless amounts of fun; as well as, an upstairs balcony so that you can always be soaking up the sun. One bunk bed with full over full and a twin pull out trundle are also located in the main living space. Three other rooms are available for occupancy on this floor. One room contains a queen bed. The second room is another master containing a king bed and en-suite.The last room is a bunk room which will have 2 twin over twin bunk beds and a pull out twin trundle. A bathroom and walk in closet will also be provided in this bunk area. Upstairs laundry area is available for use.
Not only do you get his fantastic home during your stay - you get the amazing amenities along with it! You are directly across the street from the clubhouse and double teared pool. The pool area has a water slide tucked in to the red rocks and a lazy river where tubes are provided. Plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade are available to use. If that's not enough, just down the street is Archie Gubler Park, where you can enjoy the playground, splash pad, volleyball court, and pickle-ball courts.
This community HAS RV and trailer parking – Availability based on First Come, First Serve. Additional outdoor parking for RV’s and trailers is available at Block Storage for just $10 per day – Please call Block Storage for reservations – (435) 414-9989.
No pets are allowed. There is no smoking allowed in the villas or in the resort. There will be an additional $1,000 cleaning fee if pets have stayed in or there has been smoking in the villa.
