This new Arcadia villa is clean, polished, and thoughtfully decorated. The Heart of Dixie has an international flair with handicraft items and photos from around the world, as well as, original oil paintings. On the main floor you will find two bedrooms. Upon entry is the first bedroom with a queen bed and detached full bathroom. The second bedroom is a master. The master bedroom contains an adjustable king bed and huge en-suite with double sinks, a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. Walk-in closets are provided in both rooms so you can unload and organize your belongings during your stay. A glorious eat in kitchen with stainless steal appliances is equipped with everything you will need to prepare home cooked meals. You can seat 5 people at the island bar and 8 at the dining room table with additional seating on the patio if needed. For children, there is also a pull out dining table with 4 chairs and a high chair. The comfortable downstairs living room has a TV and fireplace as its focal point with custom shelves and decor. Plus, the downstairs pull-out sofa can sleep two! The open concept kitchen, living, and dining room makes this the perfect place to entertain, but the entertainment doesn't stop there. Off of the dining room is the outdoor patio with a barbecue grill available for use.
On the second floor, you will find a loft area that is perfect for the kids. Decorations and posters will fill your children with joy! There are also two Foosball tables, hockey table and an assortment of games to play with! Two cozy couches surround another TV in the upstairs living room that contains two queen sofa sleepers. A popcorn popper, mini fridge, and microwave are available so you can provide snacks. Lastly, a covered upstairs balcony with patio furniture and a recliner give you a gorgeous view of the red rocks of Snow Canyon. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor. One room contains an adjustable queen bed and en-suite. The second room has 1 full/full bunk bed and 1 triple twin bunk bed. And the last room has 2 twin/twin bunk beds with one twin trundle. An upstairs bathroom and laundry area are available for use on this floor. Owners have also provided a pack n' play if needed.
Not only do you get his fantastic home during your stay - you get the amazing amenities along with it! You are right down the street from the clubhouse and double teared pool. The pool area has a water slide tucked in to the red rocks and a lazy river where tubes are provided. Plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade are available to use. Arcadia's club house features a ping pong table, indoor timed basketball, an arts and crafts room, a large workout room with over 15 machines and TV’s!! Electric scooters and bicycles can be rented as well. If that's not enough, just down the street is Archie Gubler Park, where you can enjoy the playground, splash pad, volleyball court, and pickleball courts.
No pets are allowed. There is no smoking allowed in the villas or in the Resort.

Take advantage of the lower prices while there in ongoing construction in this community. Fortunately, all units surrounding this villa are completed and no construction will disrupt your stay.
