This modern rustic Arcadia villa has a ton of character and colorful accents. On the main floor you will find two bedrooms. Upon entry is the first bedroom with a king bed and a detached full bathroom. The second bedroom is a master. The master bedroom contains a king bed and huge en-suite with double sinks, a large bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Walk-in closets are provided in both rooms so you can unload and organize your belongings during your stay. A glorious eat in kitchen with stainless steal appliances is equipped with everything you will need to prepare home cooked meals. You can seat 6 people at the island bar and 10 at the dining room table with additional seating on the patio if needed. The comfortable downstairs living room has a TV and fireplace as its focal point with custom shelving and decor. The open concept kitchen, living, and dining room makes this the perfect place to entertain, but the entertainment doesn't stop there. Off of the dining room is the outdoor patio with a barbecue grill available for use.
On the second floor, you will find a loft area that is perfect for the kids. There are two arcade games (Pacman and Asteroids) and a 2 tables so you can play an assortment of other games or crafts. A cozy couch and chair surround another TV in the upstairs living room. A popcorn machine, microwave, and mini fridge are available so you can provide snacks. Lastly, a covered upstairs balcony gives you a gorgeous view of the red rocks of Snow Canyon. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor. One room contains a king bed. The second room has a king bed and en-suite. The last room is a bunk room with 2 twin over queen bunk beds. This room also has a gaming console to play with! A spare bathroom and upstairs laundry area is also available for use.
The garage is very large, easily fits two cars and has a cooler you can use for picnics or excursions.
Not only do you get his fantastic home during your stay - you get the amazing amenities along with it! You are directly across the street from the clubhouse and double teared pool. The pool area has a water slide tucked in to the red rocks and a lazy river where tubes are provided. Plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade are available to use. If that's not enough, just down the street is Archie Gubler Park, where you can enjoy the playground, splash pad, volleyball court, and pickleball courts.
This community HAS RV and trailer parking – Availability based on First Come, First Serve. Additional outdoor parking for RV’s and trailers is available at Block Storage for just $10 per day – Please call Block Storage for reservations – (435) 414-9989.
No pets are allowed. There is no smoking allowed in the villas or in the Resort. There will be an additional $1,000 cleaning fee if pets have stayed in or there has been smoking in the villa.
