This Arcadia home has a spa like feel to it to ensure you relax and enjoy your stay in St George. St George offers year around weather where you can bike, hike and swim year. Arcadia #17 has a private hot tub to soak in after a long day of fun in the sun. The living room has a large plush section and a rocker recliner to stretch out in and enjoy the large flat screen TV or you can turn on the gas fireplace to set the mood for a relaxing evening. The beautiful kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve your family their favorite meals. Stainless steel appliances including a gas cook top are provided along with quartz counter tops, rich cabinets and counter bar stool seating for 6 at the huge kitchen island. The dining room table is fabulous and large with seating for 12! Just outside of the dining room is a covered patio with a patio table and chairs and your private hot tub. Don't forget to use the grill for additional cooking options. The master suite is spacious and boasts a king size bed along with access to the hot tub with another sliding glass door that also allows plenty of sunshine and light. There is a TV in the master suite too. The master bathroom has double sinks, a walk in closet, a walk in shower and a large soaker tub. There is a second bedroom on this level that also has king bed, TV and has a full bathroom as well. There is a den with barn doors that can double as an office and an extra bedroom if needed with the sofa sleeper. There is an additional full bathroom and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer that completes this floor perfectly.
Upstairs you will find an wonderful second living space with a huge oversized sectional in front of the TV. There are two fun game tables for some fun games or cards for more family fun. This room also has a microwave and small fridge to help provide a great space for snack options. Outside you will find a second covered patio with comfy seating to enjoy the beauty of Snow Canyon from. Down the hall the first lovely bedroom upstairs has another king bed, TV and full private bathroom. The bunk room has 3 twin bunk bed sets built in and two pull out twin trundles. Such a great room for the kids to enjoy and create lasting memories in. There are stairs and ladders to access the top bunks. There is another bathroom for this bunk room too! The fifth "Dream" bedroom has a king and and queen bedroom and spacious enough for comfort. It also has it's own TV and a full bathroom.
