First floor: 2 master King bedroom suites, private den with sofa sleeper. Second floor: queen master suite, 4 queen bunk bedroom suite, 3 built in Twin bunks with pull out twin trundles (This room will sleep 9). Sleeps up to 25 in beds.

This new large beautiful home has all you could ask for for your next vacation getaway. Great location so close to down town St George, Tuacahn Theater (we offer discount tickets when you stay), hiking and biking trials and the gorgeous Snow Canyon views. But....you may never want to leave this fantastic home or the incredible resort that features a clubhouse, pools, hot tubs, water slides, a lazy river and a fun fast food restaurant.

The first floor offers luxury living in the roomy living room that boasts a huge fireplace, sectional leather sofa and flat screen TV. The master bedroom is large and has a walk out door to the patio, a TV, King size bed and a spa-like bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower and large tub. There is another bedroom suite with king size bed, full bathroom and it has a TV as well, a den for those who need to get office work done and use of a sofa sleeper and TV, an outdoor living space that includes a patios furniture and a grill, a double car garage, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, and 3 fulls bathrooms and the most beautiful kitchen that has all you need to enjoy while you use your cooking skills and enjoy those meals at the large dining room table or at the kitchen counter that seats up to 7! And this is just the first floor.

Located on the second floor is a humongous family room with a section sofa, large screen TV too. There are board games and cards to enjoy a little friendly competition. There is a covered balcony with patio furniture to enjoy the views of the red mountain of Snow Canyon. There are three more bedrooms to enjoy upstairs. The first has a queen bed and full bathroom and TV too! The twin bunk room has 3 sets of twin bunks that can sleep up to 9! What a fun hangout for the kids, it too has a TV and it's own full bathroom. The fifth bedroom has two sets of queen over queen bunks, a full bathroom and TV too! Amazing home, just waiting for you to enjoy.

  All of my family enjoyed staying there in two condos. We especially loved playing together in the water park. In condo #12 the dishwasher was not working. The repair man suggested that we should ask for compensation for the inconvenience. I mentioned it to the person at the the desk in the club house at checkout but he said that he couldn't do anything about it.

  Our vacation home was beautiful, with an amazing view of the canyon. We had so much room, our large family could spread out. We had a very well equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill. The pools were lovely and refreshing, with a water slide, lazy river, play area, and a hot tub. There was a great workout room and play room upstairs in the clubhouse, with very kind and helpful staff. It was wonderful to stay at Arcadia!

  There was plenty of space for our large party, as well as a kitchen that was well stocked. We did have one maintenance issue that we had to handle ourselves- the front desk was going to send a maintenance employee that never arrived. Upon our arrival the front desk was busy and the employee was short with us, but that is understandable given the circumstances. Other than that things were perfect, and the property was beautiful, clean, and cozy.

  The property is beautiful but lacked a home feeling .. it was super echoey which made it hard to have multiple conversations and hard to sleep if others were up late .. and in the description of what was provided it stated that there were hair dryers .. no hair dryers so I had to purchase one .. the resort is beautiful and we did have a great time .. those were the only things that weren’t perfect! We did find out that this was new to the rental program so that’s probably why we experienced These things .. Yes I would recommend this to my friends ..
