Arcadia 14 is in the perfect location overlooking the fantastic resort park amenities and clubhouse and the beauty of St George skies and Snow Canyon Views.

Home feature two king bedroom suites on the main floor, a second king bedroom suite on the second floor, with another bedroom featuring a queen bed, and an incredible bunk room with 4 full and 3 twin built in bunk-beds. The family room upstairs also includes a queen pull out. Total can sleep 21

The great room in this beautiful unit has a sofa and four large chairs to allow for comfort and to enjoy visiting with one another. There is also a fireplace and flat screen TV with a soundbar. There is a huge wooden dining table that can seat up to 10 with additional seating at the island counter for five. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinets and lots of cupboard space stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your meals. Outside the giant glass doors, there is a grill for additional cooking options, cushy patio seating and an additional table with seating for 6.

The master bedroom has a big king bed. There is a darling bench at the foot of the bed and a TV. The darling bathroom has double sinks, a walk in shower, a huge tub and a walk in closet. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed, TV and a private full bathroom too! There is a full bathroom next to the laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will find a super fun family room. The family room has a sofa and a large flat screen TV with a soundbar. There is a large game table with seating for up to six, a shuffleboard and two retro arcade games. Outside is the second outdoor living space with two sofas. Enjoy the views of the fantastic resort pool area. Also upstairs is a darling bedroom with a queen bed and a full size bathroom. There is another room with a king bed and private bathroom on this floor as well. The bunk room is a perfect mix of modern and function. With three built in bunks, there is room for everyone and sleeps up to 11! There is a full over full and two twin over twin. There is also a private bath attached to this bedroom. Second floor patio overlooks the pool.

  This place was great for a quick family vacation to enjoy the sun. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was great for all ages, with a deeper pool, lazy river, water slide, and splash pad area. Everything was handled excellently to ensure everyone's safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  
  The only recommendation to the property manager would be to ensure the shuffle board table had adequate sand to play. There was evidence of sand at one point, but no sand when we arrived. Not a big deal as we had plenty of other options to enjoy our vacation, like the great pool and nearby Pickleball courts.
