Upon entering this serene unit in the beautiful Arcadia resort, you will find a bright bedroom with a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. Down the entryway, the unit opens to a beautiful living area with a warming fireplace, flat screen and sound bar. This beautiful kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you will need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as an additional half bath just off the kitchen for easy access.The master bedroom is also located on the main floor with beautiful windows that let in lots of natural light, a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a gorgeous bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a closet for your convenience.
On the second floor, you will find another darling bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is outfitted with bunk beds 1 queen, 2 twin, and 1 twin trundle, with a private bathroom attached. The washer and dryer are also located on the second floor of this home. In addition to the bedroom, the second floor has a dining table and lounge area equipped with a flat screen TV and sound bar for your enjoyment. The upstairs patio is decorated with comfortable furniture and gives you a beautiful view of the red rocks Southern Utah has to offer!!
You don't just get this spectacular home during your stay - you also get the amazing amenities that come with it! You are directly across the street from the clubhouse and double teared pool. The pool area has a water slide tucked in to the red rocks and a lazy river where tubes are provided. Plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade are available to use. If that's not enough, just down the street is Archie Gubler Park, where you can enjoy the playground, splash pad, volleyball court, and pickleball courts.
This community HAS RV and trailer parking – Availability based on First Come, First Serve. Additional outdoor parking for RV’s and trailers is available at Block Storage for just $10 per day – Please call Block Storage for reservations – (435) 414-9989.
No pets are allowed. There is no smoking allowed in the villas or in the Resort. There will be an additional $1,000 cleaning fee if pets have stayed in or there has been smoking in the villa.
Take advantage of the lower prices while there in ongoing construction in this community. Fortunately, all units surrounding this villa are completed and no construction will disrupt your stay.
