Arcadia Resort is nothing short of paradise! This premiere resort has unbelievable villas and amenities for the entire family. These villas are incredible for reunions or retreats because of the ample amounts of space.

Arcadia Villa #41 has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with an amazing loft!
This villa has 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin over twin bunk beds.

Upon entering this amazingly modern unit in this incredible resort, you will find a bright bedroom with a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. Down the entryway, the unit opens to a living area full of gorgeous natural tones with an incredibly beautiful fireplace and flat screen TV. This amazing kitchen has all the amenities you will need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as an additional bathroom off the kitchen for easy access.The master bedroom is also located on the main floor with beautiful windows that let in lots of natural light, a king bed with a fantastic headboard, a flat screen TV, and a gorgeous bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a closet for your use during your stay.

On the second floor, you will find another amazing bedroom with a queen bed, beautiful windows, and a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom, which has another king size bed, is found on the second floor with a private bathroom attached. The washer and dryer are also located on the second floor of this darling home. The additional bedroom has the cutest built in bunks that will be such a wonderful addition for your stay! Lastly on the second floor, there is a loft area equipped with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. There is also a dining table in this area for you to enjoy. The upstairs patio is decorated beautifully and gives you a nice view of the community as well as the fantastic red rocks of Southern Utah!!

You don't just get this spectacular home during your stay - you also get the amazing amenities that come with it! You are not far from the clubhouse and double teared pool. The pool area has a water slide tucked in to the red rocks and a lazy river where tubes are provided. Plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade are available to use. If that's not enough, just down the street is Archie Gubler Park, where you can enjoy the playground, splash pad, volleyball court, and pickleball courts.

This community HAS RV and trailer parking – Availability based on First Come, First Serve. Additional outdoor parking for RV’s and trailers is available at Block Storage for just $10 per day – Please call Block Storage for reservations – (435) 414-9989.

No pets
No smoking allowed in the villas or in the Resort. There will be an additional $1,000 cleaning fee if pets have stayed in or there has been smoking in the villa.

Take advantage of the lower prices while there is ongoing construction in this community. Fortunately, all units surrounding this villa are completed and no construction will disrupt your stay.

  Love the resort. Everyone is super helpful and kind. The house is nice and large so we are able to spread out and come together. Kids loved hanging out upstairs in the family room. Never heard them. The pools are fantastic. Only suggestions are it states sleeps 16 but only beds for 13. Luckily we had small children sleeping with parents so it didn’t matter. Also could use wine glasses, more dishes and pans, also Barbque tools. Everything else was excellent . Tons of storage to put all our stuff. We were a party of 15. Our 2nd year in a row at this resort.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arcadia #41. Our kids had plenty of space to spread out throughout the house, and we loved the vast and open kitchen/living and dining area. The bathrooms are luxurious and the closets give ample space. The only thing missing was hangers in the closets. Overall it was a lovely home and stay. 👌��😊
