The main floor has a king master suite, a queen suite, and a den with a sofa sleeper that can act as a sixth bedroom. The upper floor has a queen suite, and the two family bunk rooms each have a queen bed and a double-over-double bunk bed. The upstairs family room has a sofa bed. The home sleeps 22. Each bedroom (including the den/6th bedroom) has its own full bath.
After a day at the pool or enjoying the outdoor activities the area offers, the main floor covered patio provides privacy for dinner and the spa. The patio is extended and the extension is covered with a pergola, allowing for lots of room for gathering. The upstairs patio is also covered and has an electric screen that provides privacy so you can enjoy the hammock and comfy outdoor furniture.
All the bedrooms have TVs, fans, and sound machines for sleeping. Both family bunk rooms have blackout blinds. The two pull-out couches – in the den and the upstairs game room – have inflatable 10-inch pillowtop mattresses that you can adjust to your desired firmness.
The main floor is spacious. The beautiful great room has a focal fireplace that feels great on a cool night. There’s lots of seating to accommodate your party. The dining table is extra large and can seat up to 16, with six additional seats at the counter. The kitchen is airy and light and has all you need to prepare favorite family meals (or spread out your take-out). The four-burner grill on the patio provides extra cooking options. The large patio off the great room has strings of party lights that can set the tone at night for a long soak in the hot tub. The master is huge with a desk area, large master bath, double sinks, soaking tub, shower, and walk-in closet. The den has a sectional sleeper and a desk station, with a full bath next door. There is also a washer and dryer on the main floor.
Upstairs is a second fun living room with a sectional sofa that converts to a queen bed, a game table with games for all ages, and as large a TV as we could fit on the wall!

No smoking allowed in the villas or in the Resort. There will be an additional $1,000 cleaning fee if pets have stayed in or there has been smoking in the villa.
